SHIPPING

you can expect your order to be shipped 1-3 days after your order is processed. if there are extenuating circumstances that delay shipment, we will always notify you accordingly.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

if your package is lost or stolen, we will do everything we can to assist you. however, we are no longer responsible once your order is in transit. lost and stolen packages must be settled with the carrier.

RETURNS

ARC items may be returned on a case-by-case basis. if you wish to return something, it must be undamaged, unused, and clean. you must email us immediately upon receiving your order. in the case that your return is approved, a 20% restocking fee will apply.

be sure to keep a record of your return's tracking number in case USPS is unable to locate it. your refund will be credited to the same card used to make the original purchase. we’ll send you an email once we’ve processed your refund.
