Refund policy

ARC items may be returned, on a case-by-case basis. if you wish to return something, it must be undamaged, unused, and clean. you must email us immediately upon receiving your order. In the case that your return is approved, a 20% restocking fee will apply.

remember to keep a record of your return's tracking number in case USPS is unable to locate it. your refund will be credited to the same card used to make the original purchase. we’ll send you an email once we’ve processed your refund. 

if your package is lost or stolen, we will do everything we can to assist you. however, we are no longer responsible once your order is in transit.
